We all want a puppy who will grow into a well-balanced, well-adjusted, happy adult dog. This doesn't happen automatically. It's up to you to start your puppy off right by teaching the behaviors you desire and helping your puppy navigate life along the way. We will teach you how to do just that!
Your puppy will experience positive, safe, and fun socialization, and get to enjoy playtime with other puppies, as well. Along with the puppy basics, your puppy will learn polite greetings, coming when called, positive handling, relaxation, impulse control, loose-leash walking, and we'll address those unwanted puppy behaviors!
Puppies do not join us for the first class, which is orientation.

BASIC MANNERS
Your dog will learn all of the basics, loose-leash walking, impulse control, relaxation, coming when called, polite greetings, and much more, all while strengthening your loving and trusting bond.

IT'S ALL FUN & GAMES
We all need more fun in our lives! Enjoy an hour of fun and games with your pooch! Along with games and tricks, we'll do some fun agility with the tunnel, weave poles, agility ramp, jump bar, teeter-totter, and more!
This class is for dog-friendly dogs.

CANINE GOOD CITIZEN
All of the skills needed to prepare youfor the American Kennel Club's Canine Good Citizen test, which is offered the last day of class.

PLEASE BRING TO CLASS:
1. Your dog's current veterinary record:
- DHLPP
- Bordetella
- Rabies (Required for dogs six months or older)
- Negative fecal check within the past year.
2. Body harness, Martingale collar, or buckle collar.
3. Six-foot leash (no retractable leashes, please).
4. Treat pouch.
5. Soft, chewy treats that can be broken into tiny pieces.
PRIVATE TRAINING
One-on-one private training sessions held at our training facility or in the comfort of your home.
PLAY AND TRAIN
We all want a well-trained dog, but we don't always have the time to attend class. We're here to help!
Your dog must already be boarding or attending daycare at 4-Legged Friends Pet Lodging and Daycare.
While attending daycare, your dog will come out of group play and receive one hour of one-on-one customized training and enrichment.
If your dog is boarding with the Lone Wolf option, this is a great time for some refresher or customized training.
Our one-on-one sessions include videos and details of your dog's training so that you can continue to reinforce your dog's new skills at home. $100 per one-hour session.
In-person follow-up "transfer" session is available. $100 per one-hour session.
